Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All products are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and are stable at room temperature during transit. No cold chain or special handling is required.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 2–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. All orders must be shipped to a US address.

Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that importation and possession of our products is legal in their jurisdiction. Grail Peptides assumes no liability for packages seized or delayed by customs or law enforcement.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Grail Peptides is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
